MercoAgro – The International Meat Business, Processing and Production Trade Show – is the sector meeting point in 2012. It is held in one of Brazil's leading centers of meat processing technology, the region with the largest concentration of meat packing companies in the world: the city of Chapecó, in the West of Santa Catarina state, in Brazil's cooler and prosperous Southern Region.
